Refund Policy

At Roz Ke Kaam, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel a service. Our refund policy is as follows:

Service Cancellations

  • Refund Eligibility: If you cancel a confirmed service at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the service fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time will not be eligible for a refund.

Physical Items

  • No Refund on Physical Items: Please note that we do not offer refunds for any physical items that have been purchased, including groceries, medications, or any other goods delivered as part of our services. Once purchased, these items cannot be returned or refunded.

Processing Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
